Well where do I start. Having had numerous issues with my son's PC continually crashing and then eventually dying completely I popped into Completely PC in Burgess Hill to enquire on how they could help. Spoke with Chris who was not only knowledgeable but also really friendly and professional. I knew immediately this business could be trusted and that Chris would do his best to sort out the issue. (Those who know, know how urgent a broken computer is to a computer addict child!) Checked out the pricing which was very reasonable. Quick drive home and I returned the PC 15 minutes later at 5.15pm. Got a call from Chris at 9am the following morning with his diagnosis, and another call an hour later with a quote for what he thought needed to be done. Once agreed I was told I could pick the PC up later that day with the work done. Overall a phenomenal experience from a business that not only knows what they are doing, but also understands how turning a customer's problem into a resolution in under 24 hours is world class customer service. My son's PC is working much better than it ever did - which is win win for me. If you are reading this and have any computer issues do not hesitate to contact this business.

Having lost access to all my data and not being an expert in PCs I turned to Completely PC and was pleasantly surprised and relieved to have it all restored overnight. Chris was so reassuring and put my mind at rest and I was back up and running with replacement laptop quickly

Excellent service , I telephoned to get advise on a HDMI to VGA lead and within an hour was up and running after the shop opening especially for me and I was able to purchase the part..very impressive and a big Thankyou.
